- pursuing/possesses a BSc degree or equivalent from a reputable institution
- cisco certified network associate (CCNA) qualification & CCDA (desirable)
- interest in networking technologies; routing & switching and understanding of new technology developments will be an asset
- excellent oral & written skills
- proficiency in MS Word; Excel & Visio
- own vehicle in good working condition
